BUENA'DILLAS! signature quesadillas are made fresh every morning from recipes designed by Chef John-Michael. For instance, the "Ducka'Dilla", we roast our own ducks, we make our own BBQ sauce, we shred the cheese. OK, you caught us! We don't make the cheese. However, we do source the finest quality ones. 

Our mission is simple; its "about you", the BUENA'DILLAS! customer. There are many choices in this world and we work hard to earn yours. From the best ingredients & practices to getting you the order quickly. Without you, we're just a chef, cook, and truck. With you, we get to fulfill our only mission, to make people happy with fresh & exciting morsels you can't get anywhere else.

Chef Owner & Operator, John-Michael Hamlet, is a 26 year veteran of the food industry. He started as a simple cook to become an Executive Chef/Owner of his namesake restuarant in New York. He has returned to his home State of Virginia to begin a new chapter. He wanted to bring the food to the people and in 2016 the BUENA'DILLAS! idea was born.

Conceptualized by John-Michael's 12 year old son, originally drawn by Nik Solfronk (13 years old) and made into the above by Marcus Blount, founder of One Collective. He gives the thumbs up to a good 'Dilla. Stop by and have your picture taken with your friendly, "Globally" friendly, 'Dilla Dude!!!
